Two of those rules do most of the work. The deposit has to be "clean", with no coupon redeemed before it, and the money has to be genuinely gone: a balance above R0–R10 means you are still playing, not claiming.

What the cashback is worth in rand

A typical case first. You deposit R2,000 without a coupon, play slots, and the balance ends near zero:

The second slip is the reason this page never says "deposit more to get more back". Above R12,000 the percentage stops growing, and in every case most of the deposit is already gone before the cashback starts. It softens a bad night; it does not pay for one.

Who qualifies, and the two different windows

Any player whose deposit was made without a coupon can ask, as long as the balance rule is met and the deposit is recent enough. That "recent enough" is where Springbok's pages differ slightly.

How to claim cashback from support

1. Check the balance. It needs to be within R0–R10 before you ask.
2. Clear any pending withdrawal. The T&Cs say players with one waiting cannot receive bonuses until it is processed or cancelled.
3. Contact support. Use live chat in the lobby or email help@springbokcasino.co.za, and name the deposit: date, amount and method.
4. Say it was a no-bonus deposit. Support will check that no coupon was redeemed before it.
5. Play it through. Clear the 10x playthrough on eligible games before you ask for a withdrawal.

Playing through cashback credit

The 10x figure is low next to Springbok's deposit coupons, but the game rules still matter. Slots, Keno, Bingo and Scratch Cards count in full. The T&Cs' general list of wagering games adds a few poker variants, and they warn that bets on excluded games before wagering is done can void the bonus and its winnings. Springbok's articles say roulette, blackjack, other table games and video poker do not count.

The T&Cs also limit any bonus to R100 per bet, and wins from larger bets are voided. Cashback credit with a playthrough behaves like a bonus, so keep stakes under that line while it is active. Once the playthrough is done, the absence of a payout cap means the whole balance is yours to withdraw.

Cashback cover or a deposit coupon?

This is the real decision. A coupon such as the 300% offer gives you more to play with up front, but a larger playthrough and a withdrawal ceiling come with it, and the deposit loses its cashback cover. A plain deposit gives you less play but keeps the 25% cashback option if it runs dry.
